The project start and end dates are estimated dates. It's best practice to overestimate the end date.
The owner’s information must be included in the Notice of Intent application. Except in the case of leased property, an owner is the party that has ultimate control and responsibility over the project. In the case of leased property, this role belongs to the lessor.
For corporations, the application shall be signed by a responsible corporate officer. For a partnership or sole proprietorship, the application shall be signed by a general partner or the proprietor, respectively. For a municipality, state, federal, or other public agency, the application shall be signed by either a principal executive officer or a ranking elected official.
The Utah DEQ uses the EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) e-reporting tool to collect reports and permit applications. Your ER number serves as your user ID, and we need it to grant you access to applications that we prepare on your behalf.
